Koolit Gel Paks

Long-lasting and economical, these gels provide superior protection for your temperature sensitive articles. Koolit Gel Packs (also known as blue ice, gel ice, phase change materials, and PCMs) are available in a variety of pouch materials gel materials, and freezing points (0°C [32°F] and -23°C [10°F]).

Koolit Gel Packs 500 Series

The 500 series Koolit gel paks feature a puncture resistant nylon laminate film. The 0°C (32°F) gel formulation is ideal for the shipment of refrigerated products. Saddlebags (SB) are designed to wrap around the uneven contour of the payload.

Koolit Gel Packs 500-ST Series

The 500-ST series Koolit gel paks feature a puncture resistant nylon laminate film, with a "suppressed temperature" (ST) -27°C (-16.6°F) freezing point formula. This gel formulation is best for the shipment of products that need to stay below freezing temperatures.

Koolit Gel Packs CMC Series Saddlebag

The 616SB2-CMC Koolit gel pak is encased in a thick 5-mil white polyethylene pouch for dependability. The gel pack can be folded in half to fit inside our insulated envelopes. The 0°C (32°F) gel formulation is non toxic.

The 800 series Koolit gel paks are sweat-proof and designed to absorb condensation. The outer material is spun-woven and backed to a polyethylene film for outstanding moisture absorbance. The 0°C (32°F) CMC based gel is non toxic and is ideal for the shipment of refrigerated products.
