Debra Bousquet

Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources

Debra Bousquet is responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices, and identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals.

Debra has over 23 years of experience in Human Resources. Prior to joining CCT, Debra worked for Decelle, Burlington Coat as MIS Manager. During her time at CCT, she has worked in positions of increasing responsibility; MIS/HR Manager, Human Resources Manager, Director of Human Resources, and Vice President of Human Resources. 

Debra received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts.
