Geoff Kaiser

Senior Vice President, Global Engineering & Technical Services

Geoff Kaiser is responsible for overseeing CCT's engineering and technical service activities, while also ensuring the development of new products to meet current and future needs of the company.

Geoff has over 30 years of experience in technical product development management. He has over 10 years of experience in the cold chain industry. Prior to joining CCT, he has held leadership positions in the disk drive, semiconductor, electric car, and telecommunications industries. In each case he led the use of new technology combined with strong use of analytical tools to create superior and award-winning new products.  

Geoff received Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In addition, he has his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is part of the MIT Alumni Association.
