Mary Koenen

Senior Vice President, Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs

Mary Koenen is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the quality assurance and regulatory affairs strategy. She is leading transformational efforts for improving product quality and resetting the overall quality culture in the organization. 

Mary has over 20 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Operations and Program Management. Prior to joining CCT, she worked for L3 Harris Technologies as the Director of Supplier Quality. In addition, Mary has worked as the Global Director of Quality at Carrier Corporation Fire & Security Products and Carrier Transicold & Refrigeration Systems where she drove continuous improvement efforts to reduce the cost of poor quality and improve supplier quality performance.

Mary received her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. In addition, she has her Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Program Management from Lakeland College.
